RBLP Adjunct Instructor

Job Title:  Resilience-Building Leadership Professional (RBLP) Adjunct Instructor

Location:  Remote

Job Type:  Contract/W-9

Number of Hires:  Multiple 

Elite 9 Veteran Talent Acquisition Services, LLC, serves as an Authorized Training Partner (ATP) for students preparing for the RBLP, RBLP-C, and RBLP-T certification exams.  We use experiential learning techniques and coaching skills to facilitate reflection and critical thinking about each applicable task. In order to maximize our services and facilitate learning opportunities, we seek to hire additional adjunct faculty team members. 

Responsibilities:  

-Use experiential learning while providing superior examination preparation to each student.

-Lead exam preparation for RBLP, RBLP-C, and RBLP-T as needed. 

-Continually seek new potential student base (military and civilian). 

-Maintain a current RBLP-T certification.  

Job Requirements (Must have): 

-Minimum of a Bachelors degree to instruct RBLP and a minimum Masters degree for RBLP-C and RBLP-T.  

-Transitioning Service Member (any branch of the US military), Military Spouse, Veteran, or Civilian.  

-Military members must have achieved a minimum pay grade of E-7, CWO3, or O4.

-Civilian applicants must show proof of a minimum 10 years of leadership experience at the mid-level supervisor or above level.  

-Ability to work a flexible schedule; to include evenings, weekends and holidays

  • Strong understanding of all RBLP fundamentals
  • Outstanding organization and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and public speaking skills
  • Platform/Online instruction preferred
  • Strong time management
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with a strong independent work ethic and have passion for success
  • Exhibits high level of integrity
  • Follows through on commitments on a timely basis
  • Possesses beyond basic computer and data entry skills
