It was founded early this year (2022) by Christopher Thomas. Chris is a service-disabled United States Marine Corps Veteran. He started his company with the hopes to level the employment field for veterans and military spouses.

His expertise and earned military skills align with the recruitment and cultivation of countless organizations and industries. His commitment to building and leading resilient teams programs in Albany, NY, and diverse talent acquisition teams opened numerous opportunities and endless possibilities for clients to achieve prosperity and success in their respective sectors and businesses.

Chris has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master’s in Public Administration. Moreover, he is a Resilience-Building Leadership Professional Trainer and a certified Everything DiSC Practitioner. Chris is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Leadership & Innovation degree.
